What is not metered
Things we deliberately do not charge for, because charging would change your behaviour in ways that make the product worse.
Investigations. Run as many as you like. A per-investigation price teaches teams to guess instead.
Seats. Confirming and rejecting diagnoses is how accuracy gets measured. Charging per head shrinks the sample.
Evidence storage, within reason. Retention limits are a policy you set, not a line item we sell back to you.
